Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across Karachi and selected areas within Pakistan. As Reflectra Studio continues to grow, we look forward to expanding our delivery network to serve more customers nationwide.

For orders delivered outside Karachi, customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges. Since mirrors and glass décor items require special handling and secure packaging, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will always be communicated and confirmed before your order is processed.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Karachi: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities in Pakistan: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Packaging

Every Reflectra Studio piece is carefully packaged using premium protective materials to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Our mirrors and glass décor pieces are handled with exceptional care throughout the entire process from our studio to your home.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. The final delivery cost will always be confirmed with you before your order is processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Every Reflectra Studio product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our studio. We take great pride in ensuring that every piece arrives in excellent condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3-5 Business days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Please Note

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review all product dimensions carefully before placing your order.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Exchange requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accommodated.
