Reflectra Studio is a mirror and glass décor business based in Karachi, Pakistan. At this time, we deliver orders within Karachi only.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colors, finishes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screens, materials, manufacturing processes, and the nature of glass and mirror products.

3. Custom Orders
Customers may request custom sizes, designs, or specifications where offered by Reflectra Studio. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and design requirements.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed or once production has commenced, except where applicable consumer rights require otherwise.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted until Reflectra Studio confirms it. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is an error, product unavailability, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or another legitimate business reason.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are stated in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise specified. Reflectra Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Orders may require payment or confirmation before production or fulfillment begins, depending on the product and order arrangement.
6. Delivery
Reflectra Studio currently delivers within Karachi only. Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production requirements, traffic, weather, holidays, unforeseen events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may not be the responsibility of Reflectra Studio.
7. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect the package and product upon delivery. If a product appears damaged, follow the requirements in our Refund & Exchange Policy, including the mandatory continuous unboxing video and the 24-hour reporting deadline.
8. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
